'All of Us Are Dead' Cast & Character Guide

You might be in science class or eating lunch at the cafeteria, but the next thing you know, your school is a chaos epicenter of a zombie epidemic. The scenario is portrayed in Netflix's hit Korean drama Every of Us Are Dead. This 12-episode series has many characters that you will remember. Each of them plays an important part in the story. How will you remember them all while watching this series? We've got your back. Here are the top characters you should keep an eye on during the drama and action at Hyosan High school and elsewhere.

Nam On-jo (Park Ji-hu)

It's likely that On-jo is the main character of All Of Us Are Dead. On-jo is the calm voice and rational person in chaos. Her dad, a firefighter and paramedic, has often offered her clever survival tips. On-jo is also fiercely loyal and protective of her friends and will fight for them till the end.

Park, like many of her cast members is new to the industry. Her debut was in coming-of-age indie film House of Hummingbird, and up next, she'll star in a Korean TV adaptation of Little Women.

Lee Cheongsan (Yoon Chau-young).

Cheong-san is possibly On-jo's co-leading character. He finds himself in many unexpected situations throughout the series and almost always thinks quickly enough to prevent disaster. His top priority is On-jo, and it is clear that he would do whatever to save her. He is just like On-jo and is fiercely loyal to his family. Cheong-san is annoyed that his mother has named her chicken restaurant "Chicken Restaurant" after him. It even includes a cartoon logo featuring his face.

Yoon was an actor as a child, and had credits in Korean dramas Doctor John and No One Knows.

Lee Su-hyeok, Park Solomon

On-jo has a crush on Su-hyeok. It's clear to see why since he is a very cute girl. He's one of the most popular Hyosan High kids, and he has his choice of girls. But is it Onjo or the quiet and studious class president who attracts his attention? Another love triangle is what makes this series' teen drama so captivating. He is a bully who has been reformed and Cheong-san, his friend, often sacrifices himself to save their friends.

Solomon, a relative novice to acting, has other parts in K-drama, The Lookout and Sweet Revenge.

Choi Nam-ra (Cho Yi-hyun)

Nam-ra (also known by her classmates as Rez), is a class president who has a very serious personality and doesn't get along with her peers. Despite Su-hyeok's obvious interest in her, she brushes him off multiple times — until the zombies start attacking people all around her. She begins to shed her shell as the crisis unfolds and she becomes an integral part of the group’s survival.

Cho, a popular Korean actress is nominated for a KBS drama award in 2021 for her role as School. Also, she is a star in K-drama hospital playlist.

Yoon Gwinam (Yoo IN-soo).

Gwi Nam isn’t the bully head in the group. But he soon becomes it once the outbreak begins. He's initially scared just like everyone else. But he soon becomes more ruthless and literally throws others to the zombies in order to escape. From there, his treachery escalates. His evil deeds become the easiest-loved villains that you will ever meet.

Netflix claims that Yoo (who plays Cheong-san) and Yoon (who plays Yoon) are best friends. However, in Netflix's show, they become each other's arch nemesis. Yoo appeared in the coming-of age drama at a distance, Spring is Green and season 2 of Stranger.

Lee Na-yeon (Lee Youmi)

Na-yeon, a bit of an elitist, is one of the most polarizing characters among students that she has been stranded with during the initial episodes. Because Cheong-san is on welfare, she looks down upon Gyeongsu's friend and best friend. Na-yeon demands that anyone who might be infected by the virus is removed from the room. Even if that means they will likely die (or become infected) the moment they step outside.

Lee is a fan favorite in Netflix's , another K-drama success. Her role in "Gganbu," the most tragic episode of the series, was significant.

Jang Ha-ri (Ha Seung-lee)

Ha-ri, one character says, is "so cool." She is the captain of the archery team and has a great knack for hitting bullseyes, which will come in handy when zombies attack. Even though Ha-ri was disappointed to miss the regional competitions, her Hawkeye-like focus helped save many students. Her role is to lead survivors who are trapped in a girl's bathroom away from their main character.

Ha started acting at age 4 and is currently a star in the Korean romance drama Netflix series Eternal Monarch.

Park Mi-jin, Lee Eun-saem

Mi-jin is fond of Ha-ri. Once the precise archer defeats an attacking zombie, Mi-jin feels a bit jealous. The two bond after initially getting into a verbal — and then physical — confrontation. There is nothing like survival in a situation where you have to put your differences aside. Mi-jin, one of the more funny characters in the series, makes wisecracks and often makes you laugh.

Lee's previous credits include Korean historical drama, The Red Sleeve.

Yang Dae-Su (Lim Jae-hyuk)

Dae-su, the comedian of the group is always a delight to behold. He does have some hilarious lines. One example is calling his friend his "brother in-law", as he has a crush on Ha-ri, his older sister. Dae-su can crack jokes and make funny facial expressions. He is also a wonderful singer and graces the group often with multiple songs. Dae-su also battles cowardice and becomes a leader.

All Of Us Are Deadis Lim’s original role. According to a Korean reporter, Lim is currently working as both a construction worker and a courier rider.

All Of Us Are Dead is a series that focuses on students, but it also features adults. These are some of the notable adults that help children survive the zombie apocalypse.

Park Sun-hwa (Bae Hae-Sun)

Ms. Park, an English teacher, is first to realize that something is wrong at her school. Ms. Park escorts infected students to in-school hospitals and saves as many as possible. This teacher is one of the main characters in the series and she seems to be the only one who wants to help others.

Bae's other most recent credits include A Year-End Medley, Happiness and A Wonderful Sight.

Lee Byeong-chan (Kim Byong-chul)

He is now a science teacher at Hyosan high school. However, Mr. Lee was once an eminent scientist who worked for a pharmaceutical firm. Unknowingly, he is also responsible for the creation of the zombie virus. He created it to fight bullies. A student finds the virus and is then bitten by it. He is credited with trying to stop the spread of the virus.

Kim also starred in mega-hit Squid Game, as well as other K-dramas,including Guardian: The Lonely and Great God, Sky Castle and Mr. Sunshine.

Nam Soju (Jeon Baesoo).

On-jo's paramedic/firefighter dad, So-ju, is another heroic figure in this series. To reach his daughter at school, he defies all protocol and uses his survival skills. He must make tough choices along the way. For example, whether to rescue a family from a car accident or let them fend for themselves.

Jeon is a veteran actor, known for his role in another survival story, #Alive, as well as The Wailing and The Gangster, the Cop, the Devil.
