FIX 1. Restart Your Device
For Apple TV
1. Turn off your Apple TV and the TV to which it's attached for more than 2 minutes.
2. Reconnect both devices and restore them to their original state.
3. Try Netflix once more.
For Smart TV Like Amazon Fire TV/Stick
1. Unplug your device from power for at least 1 minute, and then plug your device back in.
2. Turn the device back on with the Fire TV remote.

FIX 2. Try A Different Network Connection
Steps to change your network connection for different devices usually resemble each other, so here let’s take Apple TV for an example.
1. Go to Settings > Network > Wi-Fi. Select your current Wi-Fi network and click Forget Network.
2. Press Menu or Back button on your Apple TV Remote. Select Network again and select another Wi-Fi network to connect.

FIX 4. Restore Default Settings
