Virgin River Season 4, Unanswered questions After Season 4. Virgin River was full of complex circumstances. We have many questions now that the season is over.
The Netflix series Virgin River is a hit. Its first four seasons have been a huge success. The story is about Melinda "Mel" Monroe ( Alexandra Breckenridge), who moves to Virgin River, a tiny town at the northmost tip of California. Mel, who lost her child to stillbirth and her husband to an automobile accident in which she was involved in an auto accident, is eager to begin fresh. She is looking for a small town that isn't too far from the nearest city. Things really get exciting when Mel meets Jack, a brooding former Marine/bar owner ( Martin Henderson).
Virgin River has all the best (and worst) parts of small town living with a population full of fun and layered characters who love to talk — and Season 4 had no shortage of complicated circumstances. We have many questions now that the season is over.
The stressful last few seasons of Preacher ( Colin Lawrence ) have been difficult. Trouble seems to be his constant companion, even though he is the good guy. He realized that Paige ( Lexa Doig), her ex-husband, was running from Wes ( Steve Bacic). She accidentally (?) She accidentally (?) Shortly after Wes' twin brother Vince arrived, he abducted Christopher. Preacher was constantly worried about Christopher's and Paige’s fates throughout the season. Preacher finally gave in to his fears and began casually dating Julia Walters , his Aikido instructor. Just as things started to pick up, Paige returned and discovered that Vince was dating Christopher. Preacher, being Preacher, got into it again when Paige gave her life to secure Christopher's freedom. Preacher knocks Vince out in a brutal confrontation. Is Vince dead? Is Preacher going to be charged with Vince and Wes' deaths? Who will he choose at the end, Paige, or Julia? Julia is the best choice. However, Virgin River has no guarantees. We will need to wait for Season 5, to find out how the story unfolds for our local chef.

Brady ( Benjamin Hollingsworth was undoubtedly upset when Melissa ( Barbara Pollard ) arrived at the lumberyard. He was informed by her that Calvin ( Cubitt ) wasn't in charge. She proved it to him when Calvin was shot and killed just a few days later. Melissa is a frightening woman who has threatened Brady's family if she doesn’t support her Fentanyl-related lumberyard business. Melissa, who was still a mystery up until the finale of Season 4, was revealed to Jack and Mel by her sister Nick ( Keith MacKechnie), who had just signed a deal for Jack's business. Melissa is already proving that she'll do whatever it takes to make her business successful. With Jack and Mel getting engaged, and Mel having a child, how far will Melissa go in order to keep her illegal drug business going? Jack seems excited to start this business with Nick and has no idea who his sister is.

Charmaine ( Lauren Hammersley), a mother of four, dropped a devastating blow on Mel and Jack in the final seconds. She is convinced her husband Todd ( Patrick Sabongui), is leaving her. But she also believes that it is good karma to lie to Mel and Jack. Jack isn't the father of the twins. Are they really real? Charmaine held the pregnancy over Jack for many months. It complicated Mel's relationship with Jack. Now she wants to say that they are not his. Charmaine, get on with it, girl. Charmaine, you're more than that!

The entire town was skeptical when Doc ( Tim Matheson was introduced to Denny ( Kai Bradbury). Although Lizzie ( Sarah Dugdale was attracted immediately to him by his charms, Denny kept her away from him. From the beginning there was something suspicious about Denny. But in the end, Lizzie was finally able to see the truth. Denny is suffering from Huntington's Disease. It's a fatal condition. Because he does not want Lizzie to become too attached, he has kept Lizzie away. How long is Denny expected to live? Huntington's life expectancy is between 10 and 30 years. However, Denny's decision to give up all of his savings to help Doc pay Doc's mortgage as well as to buy Klonopin makes us believe he is in a lot more pain than he realizes. Is Season 5 going to be another tragedy? How will Doc respond to news of his sole heir's death?
Jack's sister Brie ( Zibby Alle), arrived in Virgin River to care for Jack when he was still recovering from his shooting. To Jack's dismay, she fell for Brady immediately. Mel and Brady finally got to the bottom of their story. She had just quit her job to flee Don ( James Kot ) because he had raped and raped them. Don called her and asked her to sign a vouch to allow him promotion. There were many rumors surrounding him at their firm after her exit. But when he showed up in the finale with an NDA for her to sign — along with plenty of threats — Brie finally decided to fight back and threaten him with a lawsuit. Don seemed not to be too scared but Brie insisted that he "lawyer up". Is this the end of him? Is Brie just starting her fight? It would be a shame to become Don, if Brady discovers that he is in town.
After Doc hired an additional doctor, Cameron (Mark Ghanimé) to help out at the practice. Cameron instantly fell in love with Mel, even though he knew he was not going to win. Jack had been going through some difficult times this season. Cameron discovered Jack was having a baby with Mel and decided to tell Mel that Jack wasn't the right guy for him. He resigned from the practice after Mel responded to him. Mel realized he was only trying to be friend and she told her that they would soon get married so it could all go behind them. Cameron quit, however, knowing that the damage had been done. Mel realized that Cameron was likely to be placed on bedrest, then go on maternity leave. She decided to quit in the hopes that Doc would retain Cameron. Doc now finds himself in a new situation. Hope ( Annette O'Toole), who is about to retire, will need to be taken to home. It can't be folded because he's the only one in town. Cameron is he going to convince him? Will he be able to convince Cameron to come back?
Ricky Grayson Gurnsey , a sweet little boy who has always wanted to become a Marine. After losing his parents, his grandparents Lydie ( Christina Jastrzembska) raised him. He didn't abandon his path to the military even after he fell for Lizzie. When Lizzie discovered that he had lied, she broke off the relationship and enlisted anyway. After Lizzie's quick goodbye party, Jack took Ricky to the bus station and drove him there. Lydie looked visibly distraught even though she did not tell Ricky. Ricky was a key part of Virgin River from the very beginning. Will this be the final time we see him? Is a bus the most efficient way to travel to San Diego, Eureka from? From Eureka to San Diego, it takes at most 12 hours. Are there any people who would be willing to donate a plane for this young man's use?
Mel is constantly stressed out by the family of her ex-husband. Stacie, Mel's sister-in law ( Melinda Dahl), came to her house asking for the wedding ring. It was an heirloom from her family. Stacie then sent Mel a sonogram, to inform her that she was actually pregnant. Mel had every right to be skeptical when Stacie returned this season. Stacie appeared to be able to calm down and offer an olive branch. She didn't let her go without dropping another bombshell. Cassandra, Mark's mother ( Laura Soltis), heard Mel and Mark were having embryos. Cassandra was interested in hiring a surrogate for Mark to care for their child. Mel is told by Cassandra that Cassandra had hired a private investigator to find out Mel not only had implanted all the embryos, but that Mel was also pregnant. Cassandra informed her that she was planning to file for partial custody. Mel and Jack go to a DNA test, and Jack proves to be the father. This is great news. But, Stacie, Cassandra, and Mel have become big enemies. Are we done? Are they planning on a new trick?
